INGREDIENTS

Hungarian Sausages

4 kenchic hungarian sausages
6 large potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Cook the Fries:
    • Peel then cut the potatoes into fries. Blanch them in hot seasoned water then double fry them.
    • Fry the sausages then slice them.
  2. Serve:
    • Arrange the cooked fries on a serving platter or individual plates.
    • Add the fried Hungarian sausages.
