Ingredients:

  • Kenchic boneless chicken breast
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 16 ripe olives, slices

Method

  • Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. In a large pan, cook chicken in oil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  • Add the tomatoes and olives.
  • Your healthy snack is ready to eat!
