- Kenchic boneless chicken breast
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 16 ripe olives, slices
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. In a large pan, cook chicken in oil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Add the tomatoes and olives.
- Your healthy snack is ready to eat!
